We must focus more on the “good” of life and less on everything else.


  • Deal with “big” things by breaking them down into smaller “pieces”. Work on
  • each facet of life piece by piece.
  • Then put those pieces back together to create something entirely “new” in the world.

We have to create joy not manufacture it because it comes from a real place our heart. If you do this daily and take good care of personal health with wellness you’ll always be the person “smiling” silently.
