The Risotto Patience
The key ingredient that makes a risotto is patience.
Ask any Italian mama…..”when cooking a risotto you can’t hurry it on or walk away whilst it’s cooking. You have to stand & stir, & keep adding the broth & keep stirring. This makes the risotto light, creamy & full of flavour.”
Now give that same risotto patience to other things in life. Be fully present & see things through to the end. No rush, no hurry, no distractions.
